As we reported just a few days ago back on Friday 16 October, the Station Road-based micro-pub had closed their doors for renovation works to the bar area to install a new main flooring.

The Elbow Room were set to be closed for the works for a total of two days from Monday 19 October until Tuesday 20 October, however the publican has explained in a post on Facebook that they had a conversation with the fitters regarding an earlier reopening tomorrow evening.

Coming out of the conversation with the flooring fitters, it seems like the Elbow Room have been given the ‘green light’ to open sooner than expected. The ale house were initially set to reopen the next day on Wednesday 21 October.
