They are moving into The Crescent leisure and shopping complex have made it known that they are hoping to open this month.

Renovation works are currently being carried out around the clock inside of the former Rossini’s restaurant space to transform it from a former Italian restaurant into the brand new Indian restaurant.

The three jobs have quietly been listed:

According to all three of the listings, staff members will be able to recieve discounted or free food, staff discount, and a ‘flexible’ schedule.

Those interested in applying can apply by clicking on the above positions.

The restaurant got its name from the word “Bikaneri” – a word used for people from Bikaner, which is a popular city located inside the North Indian state of Rajasthan.

Bikaner is known for its culture, as well as its rich taste in food and spices.

Last month, Savitri Bhamu of Marwar Caterers, who is launching the restaurant, told the Hinckley Free Press: “We chose Hinckley as we believe there is a potential market gap for North Indian Rajasthani food, as there are mainly Bengali, Nepali and South Indian Restaurants available now.

“We chose The Crescent, as we believe this a primary location with a high footfall.

“We believe our restaurant will be a great addition to The Crescent.”
