Signs of activity spotted at Fosse Park’s newest eatery which is ‘coming soon’

NEW SIGNS of activity have been spotted at the newly-announced Vulpo Lounge cafe and bar which is set to open ‘soon’ inside of Fosse Park’s Food Central food court.

Today (Monday, 17 January), the Hinckley Free Press had spotted through vinyl décor on the unit currently covering up the unit that the new eatery, which will serve diners of all ages with its family-friendly atmosphere, is “coming soon”.

This reveals that the premises licence which was being sought out back in December to serve up alcohol on-site and play music, has been approved by planners with no objection.

As well as this, a site safety notice has been placed on the front door, hinting that contractors are now carrying out construction works inside.

Job vacancies for the are still being advertised for the location online through the Loungers recruitment website.

An opening date has not been revealed yet, but the closing days for some of the vacancies are listed for 6 February at the latest, hinting that it may be open at some point nearer that time.
