Signage for the new venture, named ‘Public Spirit’, has emerged after being installed atop the former home of town nightclub ‘Out Out’, in Regent Street’s Edwards Centre.

Inside, they have an eclectic collection of old-fashioned photographs and landscape paintings, as well as spacious comfy couches, armchairs, wooden tables, quirky lamps, large potted plants, and even some stools and chairs at the bar.

The Hinckley Free Press believe that like the previous occupant, they will still offer up a range of shots and spirits, as the name implicitly suggests.

That is because the shelves are already stocked with a range of boozy beverages, including Bacardi, Jack Daniels, Jameson, Jägermeister, Malibu, Wha Gwan, and various flavours of Whitley Neill’s gin, to name a few of the many drinks on offer.

At the time of publication (Tuesday, 29 August), the Free Press are still yet to learn who the business owners are, and when they will publicly hold their ‘grand opening’.

Additionally, no social media presence has been launched for the new venue.

This isn’t the only new bar to be setting up shop in town though. On nearby Coventry Road, What the Fork are opening a new cafe bar inside a former weight loss clinic, with owners expecting it to officially open at either the start or middle of September.
