THE OPENING date of Nuneaton’s newest town centre eatery has been revealed.

As we reported back in August, independent fast-food restaurant Margarito made it known they would be opening at 117 Abbey Street, and planned to serve up pizzas, burgers, kebabs, and traditional Indian cuisine.
Over the past few months, its owners have remained tight-lipped, carrying out construction works behind the scenes, and not providing any public updates.
But now, they have finally broken their silence, through an exclusive statement, as Margarito boss Kamila Stanek, has informed the Hinckley Free Press that it will officially open its doors to town-goers for the first time next Tuesday (14 November).
She simply said: “I am excited to announce we are officially opening Tuesday 14th of November 2023 just a few days away! Leaflets will be posted over the weekend and Monday. We will also be live on Just Eat.”
Margarito mark one of the newest Abbey Street tenants, alongside Cancer Research UK. As we reported on Thursday, the charity relocated from Bridge Street, as shops on that road are set to be bulldozed as part of the council’s ‘Bridge to Living’ project.
