HINCKLEY’S Railway pub is set to re-open in less than two weeks time, after being closed for renovation works under its new owners.

Its new operators Valiant Pub Group, who snapped the site up from Steamin’ Billy, have been carrying out both interior and exterior renovations recently, as well as setting up scaffolding surrounding the outside of it, with contractors hard at work.
But, in a newly-signposted poster, they officially confirmed when it is to re-open.
That is Friday, 10 November, starting from 5pm, where they will hold an acoustic music night with songs from ‘across the decades’ being performed by Darren Craven.
And, from 12pm the following day (Saturday, 11 November), acoustic duo Carter and Harman will be holding an acoustic set.
The news of the performances was confirmed on social media site Facebook in a statement penned by new bosses.
