A BRAND new bistro is setting up shop in Hinckley, just outside the town centre.

It is named ‘The Art Grill Bistro and Cafe’ and it is ‘opening soon’ inside of the former Staat Barbers, directly opposite the derelict and former All Bar Sports sports bar.
Renovation works have been underway inside for the past few months, with coverings obscuring the window view, ready for when bosses decide to officially open up.
The name of the new venture was confirmed through logos on the front doors, and an online presence being launched on both Facebook and Google Maps respectively.
The Facebook page has been up and running since August last year, but it was only in late January that they started promoting the new venture.
It has been made known that they will trade from 9am to 5pm on Mondays, 9am to 4pm on Saturdays, and it will be completely closed on Sundays.
Bosses have confirmed that it is ‘opening soon’, and explained that their food is “prepared with passion and love.”
Whilst the venture is a new one, the space has previously been used as a coffee shop in past times. Back in 2009, it was used as an independent cafe named ‘The Hansom Cafe’, where it remained until 2015 – meaning it only operated for six years.
