The appeal comes after a man was reportedly threatened with a knife on Long Street in Atherstone town centre a week and three days ago on Saturday, 4 February, at around 6.30pm.

Members of the North Warwickshire’s Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) have shared three CCTV camera images of the man that they want to talk to, as he may have details which assist with enquiries.

A spokesperson for Warwickshire Police said: “Officers are investigating and it is believed that the male in these images may have information that could assist with enquiries.”

Anyone who recognises him is being urged to email, or alternatively, calling 101, citing crime reference 23/5448/23.
