A MAN in his 30’s was reportedly punched in a beer garden in Hinckley town centre last Sunday evening (4 December).

Leicestershire Police officers confirmed to the Hinckley Free Press that the ordeal took place in a pub beer garden located on Market Place shortly before 3.30am.
Thankfully, the victim did not sustain any ‘serious’ injuries during the incident.
A town-goer told the Free Press that they had noticed a policing presence of many cars outside of The Bounty pub and club at the same time of the incident.
Police enquiries into the incident are continuing to be investigated at the time of publication (Monday, 5 December).
