It will be held at 6pm inside of St. Catherine’s Church on Hinckley Road in Burbage.

The carol service is a ‘great way’ to start the Christmas season – and everyone has been invited to come on down, where they will join Hinckley and Bosworth Mayor, Coun. Dawn Glenville, her consort Barry Walker, and other civic guests at the ‘very special’ event.

The service will be led by the Mayor’s Chaplain, Rev. Andrew Hall, who serves as the Rector of St. Catherine’s Church.

A Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council spokesperson said: “The carol service is expected to be well attended and guests are advised to arrive in good time to be seated.”

And as we reported last week, the 45-minute annual ‘Carols Around The Tree’ carol service will be held in Hinckley town centre’s Market Place on Friday, 9 December,
