A MISSING man from Kenilworth who was reported as ‘missing’ last week has been found, officers have confirmed.

As we reported last week, officers were ‘growing increasingly’ concerned for the welfare of then-missing 60-year-old Stewart Worthington, who was last seen in the Bermuda Park area on 13 September.
At the time of his disappearance, it was believed that he may have been travelling in a silver Skoda Octavia with a vehicle registration which ends in “SXK” – and it was further noted he has links to Nuneaton and Solihull.
But thankfully, a Warwickshire Police spokesperson has issued an update this week, confirming that Stewart has since been found ‘safe and well’ yesterday (Monday, 26 September).
Residents who helped to previously share the missing persons appeal online were thanked.
Laura Maltby, Corporate Communications spokeswoman for Warwickshire Police, confirmed: “We’re pleased to confirm Stewart Worthington has been found safe and well by officers on Monday evening. Thank you to everyone who shared our previous appeals.”
