A 32-YEAR-OLD man from Nuneaton has been charged with three offences in Nuneaton.
Sam Proctor, of Gilfil Road, near the Hill Top area of Nuneaton, was charged with two counts of burglary and theft.
The first of the three incidents took place on Tuesday, 19 April, where someone had broken into a flat on College Street and stole some jewellery.
The second incident took place on Sunday, 1 May, where someone had broken into a house on Avenue Road and stole jewellery and electrical goods.
The third and final incident took place on Monday, 13 June, when clothes totalling up to more than £100 were stolen from a shop inside of the Ropewalk Shopping Centre.
Proctor appeared at court two days ago (Tuesday, 5 July), where he was remanded to appear at Warwick Crown Court on 2 August.
