DRIVERS in Hinckley have been warned that the Trinity Vicarage car park is out of bounds all day today (Thursday, 9 June).

According to Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council (HBBC) in a statement shared on social media, this is because the bay lines in the car park are being redone.

Those who are permit holders for this car park should not worry, as they are able to use their permit in six other long stay car parks in town – but only for today, as a one-day exception.

However, they must still display their Trinity Vicarage permits whilst parked up.

The other car parks that can be used are:

  • Trinity Lane West, LE10 0BH
  • Holliers Walk, LE10 1QW
  • Druid Street, LE10 1QQ
  • Alma Road, LE10 1PN
  • Lower Bond Street, LE10 1QU
  • Thornycroft Road, LE10 1BQ

A Borough Council spokesperson stated that the authority “apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.”
