Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council (HBBC) have revealed on social media site Facebook that the two-day long event will make a comeback on Saturday, 6 August, and Sunday, 7 August – and it would be held from 10am to 5pm on both days.

Admission into the event will be free, just like in past times.

Approximately 50 street food vendors will be in attendance, where they will represent foods from all over the world.

Live music and entertainment is to be held – and even a local radio station are getting involved. Last year, Hinckley’s town radio station, Fosse 107, provided entertainment for attendees and were in attendance for both days of the festival.

As well as this, the giant 120ft inflatable assault course, which proves to be a hit with youngsters, will return, as well as a sandpit and minibikers course.

A themed stilt-walker and juggler will be at the event to ‘wow’ the crowds as they enjoy their different foods and drinks from the wide array of vendors.

Additional picnic benches and shelters will further be provided, as the event proves popular bringing many residents to the Mead – and even those from out of town.
