It will take place at the Jubilee Hall, off Byron Close from 10am to 6pm, meaning that attendees do not have to book in advance – and they can just simply show up.

The session was announced by Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council (HBBC) on social media today (4 April), and it has been arranged by the Leicester City Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG).

It has been stressed that only the Pfizer vaccine will be handed out throughout the session.

And, people will be able to recieve their first, second, and booster jabs.

Third doses are available to those who are eligible.

Attendees are being encouraged to have their NHS number handy, if possible.

Children aged 12 and over will be offered a single dose of the Pfizer vaccine and they must be accompanied by parent or guardians, so that their consent can be obtained.

As well as this, it is worth noting that youngsters aged 12 and over will have to wait 12 weeks if they have tested positive for coronavirus before they can recieve the vaccine.

Adults need to wait 28 days after testing positive.

There is a wait time of 12 weeks between doses for 12 to 17 year olds, and 8 weeks for adults.
