HINCKLEY and Bosworth Borough Council (HBBC) have revealed their Easter arrangements, including amended trading hours for the Hinckley Hub, and Hinckley Leisure Centre, and their refuse and recycling arrangements.
The Hinckley Hub
The Borough Council’s regularly monitored services from inside their offices at the Hinckley Hub, will be closed for just two days as a result of the Easter festivities – these are Good Friday (15 April) and Easter Monday (18 April).
It seems that after Good Friday, the Hub will re-open for two days, until it closes to mark Easter Monday, on 18 April.
But, those who regularly use services in the Hinckley Hub should not worry, as it will open a day later after this, on 19 April, at 8.30am, by appointment.
Appointments can be booked through this link, or by calling 01455 238141.
And, their 24-hour payment line is 01455 619617 – emergency calls can be placed on 01455 251137.
Refuse and recycling arrangements
A Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council (HBBC) spokesperson has told the Hinckley Free Press that all refuse and recycling collections will continue to take place over Easter.
This means that normal collections will happen on Good Friday and Easter Monday.
Hinckley Leisure Centre
Hinckley Leisure Centre, based inside of the Argents Mead park, will also operate on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, and Easter Monday.
They will operate at the following hours on these days:
* Good Friday (15 April): 6:30am to 7pm
* Saturday (16 April): 6.30am to 7pm
* Easter Sunday (17 April): 7am to 6pm
* Easter Monday (18 April): 6am to 7pm
