Police release CCTV image of man who may have details over Nuneaton jewellery theft

NUNEATON and Bedworth police officers have launched a public appeal to identify a man after jewellery was stolen from a house on Keswick Close in Nuneaton.

The burglary took place five days ago on Tuesday, 15 March, between 11.50am and 12.50pm.

To further help with the investigation, officers have released CCTV imagery of a man who may have information that could help with police inquiries into the burglary.

The suspect in the investigation is described as being male, around 30 years old, and between 5ft 6in and 5ft 8in tall.

He is bald, was wearing white trainers, and a dark coloured coat that came down to his thighs.

The suspect is believed to have fled with a black Adidas rucksack stolen from the house.

Those with any details about the man’s identity are being encouraged to call the non-emergency police number of 101, quoting incident number 165 of 15 March 2022.

Alternatively, details can be anonymously passed on to independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

Officers are further appealing for witnesses and anyone with CCTV or dash cam footage from the area to get in touch with any footage.
