Officers appealing for information over attempted residential burglary in Burbage

A BURGLAR made an unsuccessful attempt to break into a Burbage-based property in the early hours of the night three days ago.

The attempted burglary had taken place at a Rosewood Close-based property at 2am in the morning on Tuesday, 1 March.

An attempt was made to gain entry into the property through a garage door, but the burglar was unsuccessful in their attempt – and luckily, did not manage to get in.

Now, officers from the Burbage Beat Team are appealing for any details from those in the area who heard or seen anything suspicious.

They are appealing for those with details on the attempted burglary to come forward.

Details can be passed on to officers through the police’s non-emergency number of 101.
