HINCKLEY POLICE officers have released two CCTV images of a man that they want to speak to following thefts from a Castle Street-based shop last month.

The first incident took place inside of the shop on Sunday, 23 January, when an unknown number of items worth nearly £70 in total, were taken.
The second incident happened in the same shop just seven days later.
This was on Sunday, 30 January, and further items worth £60 were taken.
Now, PCSO Phil Wane, who is investigating the incident, has stated that he wants to speak to anybody who recognises – or is – the man, who is photographed in the two pictures.
He said: “I believe that the man pictured may have information about both these incidents and I would like to speak to anyone who recognises him or knows who he is.
“Likewise, if that person is you, then please get in touch.”
Any information can be reported by calling the non-emergency police number of 101, quoting reference 22045860 or 22058529.
Alternatively, those with information who want to report it another way, are able to do so online, directly through a portal on the official Leicestershire Police website.
