Grand opening dates announced for Benito’s – Hinckley’s newest Mexican restaurant

HINCKLEY’S NEWEST Mexican restaurant have officially announced their opening date.

Today (12 February), an opening date for the new location was officially announced on the Instagram account for Benito’s in Hinckley.

The post reveals that it is set to open its doors across two days – Thursday, 24 February and Friday, 25 February – and a 50 per cent discount will be honoured on the grand opening days.

The photographs show social media followers who the Benito’s team are, and what deals they have to offer.

A statement was issued on social media alongside the news of the grand opening.

It reads: “We’ve kept you waiting for too long… our opening date is now officially Thursday 24th February!

“Come join our team for 50% off food and drinks. We can’t wait to see you all there!”

Bookings can also be made in advance, by directly booking through their website.

Benito’s are based on Regent Street, and have been transforming the former Quartz nightclub with major renovation works into becoming their brand new restaurant.

It was only yesterday (11 February) that the newly-installed signage was placed atop their unit – they have had promotional posters in the windows for the past few months, teasing eager passers-by, who have been longing for a taste of Mexico.

Michael Pearson, Director of Benito’s, told the Free Press why he chose Hinckley as the brand’s newest location, as they currently have existing sites in London and Oxford.

He said: “We’ve chosen Hinckley because it’s a fabulous, bustling market town that has always been a popular destination for eating, drinking and entertainment in the wider area.

“We are pleased to have found what we believe to be the perfect location for our Mexican bar and restaurant and are looking forward to joining the Hinckley community.”

Benito’s serve up burritos, tacos, nachos grande, and quesadillas – and visitors can expect tasty drinks from their ‘signature’ margarita menu and cocktail list.

Breakfasts and bottomless brunches are available from 11am to 11pm on weekdays, and from 10am on the weekends.
