Benito’s: “Hinckley is the ‘perfect location’”
Michael Pearson, Director of Benito’s, stated why Hinckley is the first branch to open outside of London and Oxford.
He said: “We’ve chosen Hinckley because it’s a fabulous, bustling market town that has always been a popular destination for eating, drinking and entertainment in the wider area.
“We are pleased to have found what we believe to be the perfect location for our Mexican bar and restaurant and are looking forward to joining the Hinckley community.”
