Anybody aged 18 and over will be able to head on down to the Hinckley Leisure Centre inside of the Argents Mead park tomorrow morning – or afternoon – and grab a jab.

The first session will take place from 9.30am to 11.30am.

The second session will be held from 1:30pm to 4pm.

No appointments need to be made in advance, as anyone eligible to receive the vaccine on the day can just show up.

Only doses of the Pfizer vaccine will be handed out in the sessions.

Those currently unvaccinated and in need of their first dose will be vaccinated with the Pfizer vaccine.

Attendees who need their second vaccine will be able to get it, but only if they were first vaccinated with the Pfizer vaccine – and they have waited eight weeks since their first dose.

Booster vaccines will be handed out, but only to those who have had waited at least three months since they had their second vaccination.

Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council have urged those who plan on showing up to have their NHS numbers handy, to help save time.
