Individuals aged 18 and over will be able to show up to the session, based inside of Hinckley Leisure Centre and grab a jab, from 9am to 12.30pm.

As it is a ‘walk in’ session, people can just show up, without any prior booking.

Only doses of the Pfizer vaccine will be handed out.

Attendees who are currently unvaccinated will receive their first dose of the Pfizer vaccine.

Those in need of their second jab are eligible, but only if they have waited eight weeks since they had been given their first dose of the Pfizer vaccine.

And, people who need their booster jab can grab one – but only if they have waited at least three months since being given their second vaccination.

Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council (HBBC) have taken to social media to ask those who are planning to show up to have their NHS numbers handy, if they can.

Since it started being partly used as a vaccination hub back in January last year, over 50,000 people have been vaccinated inside of the Leisure Centre.
