A CHRISTMAS craft and foods market will be held in Hinckley town centre this Sunday (12 December).

It will be held in Market Place from 10am to 4pm and it will be filled with some 40 stallholders.
The stallholders will be selling a wide array of festive treats from their stalls, such as street foods, ‘warming’ mulled cider, crafts, collectibles, and gifts.
A ‘mixed set’ of live Christmas music will be performed by local group V4 – who describe themselves as a ‘Tribute to the Boybands’.
Santa Claus will be stilt-walking across the town – and live entertainment will be provided by Hinckley’s very own local radio station, Fosse 107.
Executive Member for Town Centres at the Borough Council, Coun. Keith Nichols explained that the ‘really popular’ event will return for the first time since 2019.
He added: “We’re back with more of the same offering and all things Christmas; lights, mince pies, crafts, gifts, collectibles and Christmas music.
“Parking is free in council car parks on Sundays so please wrap up warm and come along and soak up the festive atmosphere while enjoying some Christmas shopping out in the fresh air.”
