Officers release imagery of man they want to identify and talk to in connection with incident inside of Hinckley pub

LEICESTERSHIRE POLICE have released CCTV imagery of a man that they want to talk to following an incident which took place inside of a pub in Hinckley last week.

Last Thursday (18 November), shortly before 10pm, Hinckley police officers were called to the Trinity Marina pub, following a report that an argument had taken place.

During the argument, a glass was launched at a member of staff in her 20’s, which hit her on the head, causing cuts to her forehead.

As well as this, a man in his 60’s was punched, which caused him to temporarily lose consciousness.

At the time of publication (23 November), no arrests have been made in connection with the incident and enquiries are continuing.

Detective Constable, Geraldine Beech, who is the Investigation Officer, explained that officers would like to speak to the man in the picture as he may have information about the incident.

Detective Constable Beech further added: “If you know who he is – or indeed you’re that person – then please get in touch.

“Any details you’re able to provide could help.”
