This morning, at around 11.58am, officers were alerted of a vehicle which was potentially being driven by a ‘wanted’ man.

Police officers stopped the car on the A444, near the canal bridge, only to discover that the driver was not the wanted man in question.

But, they did instead discover that the male driver had been driving without any insurance.

Both his car and caravan were subsequently seized by on-beat officers at the scene.

At the time of contacting police, no details of arrests were known.
