A FORMER building society space in Abbey Street in Nuneaton town centre is now ‘under offer’, for the first time since its closure on Saturday, 10 July.
It marks the first time that any potential occupants have shown interest in the building, since the previous occupant, Coventry Building Society, moved out of their premises that they had for many years in the town.
The ‘under offer’ sign was first spotted by town centre shoppers and passers-by yesterday (Wednesday 15 September).
At the time of publication (16 September), no further details surrounding the potential future of the space have been revealed.
The unit has been placed on the market with letting agents Loveitts since the Coventry Building Society moved out in July.
Coventry Building Society re-located to their “bigger and better” branch in the town centre, on Queens Road, when they moved in to the former ‘GAME’ video game shop.
