According to parent company Zoopla, the property has been available since Tuesday 31 March.

The town centre bar is located in the Edwards Centre complex on Regent Street in Hinckley town centre.

The bar ‘temporarily’ closed their doors back when the coronavirus lockdown was announced and have remained closed since despite telling patrons they will reopen ‘when the time is right’, back in June.

Asking price

The website shows that the shots bar is available to rent at the asking price of £16,950 each year.

Other occupants nearby in Edwards Corner include a newsagents, a café and bar, a nail bar, and charity shop.

Inside the property information, it has been revealed that Faulkner and Company are the property consultants for the space.

The information further reveals that the space is ‘available immediately’ and ‘unfurnished’.

It has been suggested to potential occupants that the space could be used as a shop, professional and financial services, or a cafe.

Last issued statement to patrons

Vis a Vis last issued an update to their patrons on social media back on 23 June through their official Facebook page.

In the statement on social media, a spokesperson for the bar simply said: “We will review the situation on a weekly basis throughout July and hope to post an opening date when we feel the time is right.

“We hope all our awesome customers understand. Don’t forget – when you are out and about, stay safe.”

Vis a Vis were approached by The Hinckley Free Press regarding the future of the bar, however they declined to comment.
