At the end of May, the Hinckley Free Press reported that Britannia Shopping Centre were ‘in talks’ with a potential ‘mystery occupant’ looking to set-up shop and secure the former Poundbase space.

Since the initial report back then, we are able to reveal that the new occupant is named MaxiSaver and they shall be joining the shopping complex on a currently unconfirmed date in July.

On 17 June, Leicester-based commercial consultants and property surveyors, Phillips Sutton, announced that they were ‘delighted to have completed the letting’ of the Ex-Poundbase space to MaxiSaver.

Today, posters were placed in the empty shop windows showing that jobs are now up for grabs at the new convenience store.

These roles offer an immediate start available at the new store. Those looking for a job with the new brand can get in touch by emailing, or by calling 07494713463.

As of this writing, MaxiSaver do not have an online presence on social media or their own website yet.

The Hinckley Free Press will keep you updated with all the latest regarding MaxiSaver and their move into the Britannia Centre.
