It is unclear whether the brand in talks with Britannia is a well-known brand, or a completely new and independent one.

The undisclosed occupant has taken interest in a unit which used to be home to womenswear clothing brand, Ethel Austin, back in the early to late 2000s.

The space was spotted open on 28 May by curious shoppers who were passing through the shopping centre.
