HINCKLEY band, 4th Avenue, have offered fans the opportunity to ‘win a date’ with them next year.
Hinckley’s very own answer to The Overtones, 4th Avenue, are a four-piece vocal harmony and tribute band consisting of Adam Percival, Danny Morrison, Dougie Hird and Tom Urch.
In the past, the group have sold out venues locally in Hinckley’s very own Concordia Theatre, Bedworth Civic Hall in Bedworth, and The Sapcote Club in Sapcote.
4th Avenue band member, Dougie Hird, took to Facebook Live on behalf of the group to explain to fans how they can ‘win a date’ with them next year.

Dougie said: “It’s £10 to enter and once you Paypal the tenner you get given a number.
“Each ‘go’ is worth a tenner, so £10 is one go in the draw. Dougie mentioned that some fans had send £50 to enter in to the draw, which means that they have bought five entries.
“On the 31st of May, we will do the draw. If your number is picked, you will get to spend one hour with us next year in 2021. We’ll perform at any event or any party, or anywhere in the world”.
Dougie even joked that the band would sing “in the front garden.”
The band have explained that “it’s a tenner to win a show that is usually worth hundreds and hundreds of pounds.”
Tonight, the band, have also opened their very own exclusive Facebook group after technical issues with their official Facebook page.
The ongoing page issues mean that the content the page is putting out is being missed by their rather large following of 4,000+ fans.
Because of the ongoing technical difficulties, they created the exclusive fan group so that their fans can keep up to date and still view what the band are up to.
