Fast-food giant, KFC and British bakery store, Greggs, have both released new products this week to mark the start of Veganuary, where new vegan products get released during the month of January.

KFC have released a brand new vegan burger, for vegan and vegetarian consumers to try that costs £3.99. The burger includes Quorn chicken with vegan mayonnaise, lettuce and 11 other herbs and spices inside. It will stay as a permanent menu option to order from the KFC franchises and restaurants.

Hinckley’s local KFC branch is located on Coventry Road, Tungsten Park, Maple Drive in Hinckley. The post code to visit the address is LE10 0NQ.

Last year in ‘Veganuary’, Greggs launched their first ever vegan product, the vegan ‘sausage roll’ that featured faux-sausage inside from the Quorn brand which costs just £1.

This year, Greggs have released their highly-demanded and highly-awaited ‘vegan steak bake’ that costs £1.55. Hinckley residents can pick up a vegan ‘steak bake’ from either of the two Greggs branches in Hinckley town centre, on Castle Street or inside of the Britannia Centre shopping complex.
