Signs of life in Hinckley’s arson-hit Rossini’s unit

Signs of activity have been spotted at the former Rossini Restaurant unit, which is located in Hinckley’s entertainment and leisure complex, The Crescent.

Today, contractors were working outside of the former Italian restaurant next door to Tarro Lounge.

When Notizie’s editors asked the contractors what was going on with the space, they said: “The negotiations are ongoing.”

Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council have said that the former Italian eatery will soon become home to The Crescent’s first ever Indian restaurant, named Santhi Restaurant, and this new venture will take over the currently vacant space.

Santhi currently aim to open the doors to the general public in late 2019.
