Holidaymakers, Millington Travel, have revealed their plans to come to Hinckley town centre.

This would mean that they are first travel agents to join the town centre since the sudden and unexpected closure of Thomas Cook travel agents as they went into liquidation.

Once it opens, the store will operate in the space used to be home to bookmakers, William Hill, which is next door to sandwich giant Subway.

Millington Travel have not revealed when they plan to open in this space and they are keeping quiet for now, presumably whilst the interior of the space is getting converted into a travel agents.

Millington Travel already have a local branch near Hinckley, located in Nuneaton, in the town centre, which is a minutes’ walk away from the Ropewalk Shopping Centre. Interestingly, this newly-purchased branch in Hinckley would also be located very close to Britannia Shopping Centre.
